d16y7 + y8 manifold question

i have a d16y7 and im gonna install a y8 intake manifold and DC headers. How much power can i expect?

a Y8 mani and some DC HEADERS huh? gosh, i'd say like 50

dude go to d-series.org they have alot of info on dseries engines. but i would say 15 HP. those y7 intake mani's suck *** and the y8 is really good. plus headers never hurt. but if u really want a good power to cost upgrade get a y8or z6 cylinder head with p28 ecu and some vtec controler. again http://www.d-series.org for info on install. there are tons of post on this swap so just look for it.
