d16y7's have their cat built into the header (exhaust manifold)..so if you are looking to get a new exhaust system with a new cat...you will most likely want to get a header too..unless you want to run two cats. also keep in mind that if this is in cali, your chances of getting smogged will be shot.
edit: dont let what i said discourage you though...you can put it all on. just make sure you save all your stock stuff... and then when you have to get it smogged, swap all the stock stuff back in.

Yea i want to buy exhaust moanifold,headers,cat. Is there one where it can pass smog?
