Hey guys,

Picked up a 94 eg with blown headgasket. I have a d16y4 (same as d16y7) ek im going to pull out the motor from. Just reading around and i have a good idea of what i need to do. Intake manifold, dizzy, alternator and exhaust manifold. I know i have to use the EG motor mounts but do i have to replace the post mount behind the timing cover ?

If your '94 has a 2 stud/bolt post mount... then you do not have to change anything over to the D16Y4, however, if you have a 3-stud post mount, you will need to move it over to the new engine.
