i just bought a civic from a friend and runs fine except for at 1500 rpm the engine kinda surges. it acts like its not getting enough gas. when you go past that rpm it starts working fine. but when i hold it at that rpm it surges over and over again. any idea what this may be?, and i have an aem cold air on it if that helps

i have a d16y7 with a d15b head on it and a p28 ecu. manual tranny
