D16 to B20, how difficult is this?
I've been doing a bit of searching around and have found plenty of people who put D series into the Civic, but no writeups for it. How difficult would it be to take the B20 from an automatic CRV and put it in my manual D16 car? Will it mate up to my transmission correctly? I'm pretty sure I'll have to fix some hood clearance issues, but other than that what all is necessary for this swap? Wiring harness and computer, but anything else?
Thanks

You can get your stock hood to close by changing the intake manifold.
There is all the info you need on this forum. Not searching will get you a lot of abuse from your forum brothers,
FWIW the B20 and B18 are the same design, and interchangeable.
Nothing from your D series will work.
