d15b7 won't start
Sorry this is long. I want to give as much info as I can because I need to go to work.
I'm trying to get my winter car running (92 cx - I'm using the d15b8 ecu). I bought a d15b7 off a member last summer and it sat in my garage for a year. He said it runs perfectly fine, burns a bit of oil. My car has been sitting for two years. I drained as much fuel from the tank as I could and put 5 gallons of 93 octane in it.
I tried starting it and it fired (maybe 1 cylinder firing) a bit but wouldn't run. After 3 or 4 times of trying to start it, it wouldn't ever fire. I took the exhaust manifold off and unplugged the injectors. While cranking I could hear "bloop - bloop - bloop - bloop." It definately sounds like the old gas flooded it. So I let it sit 24 hours with the plugs out. Same bloop noise. It's weird because I've tried to start it many times and barely any gas is coming out the exhaust ports and looking down the plug holes, there doesn't look to be gas on top of the pistons. Where is all the gas making the bloop noise? What should I do to unflood it?
Also it's sparking very very weakly. I bought new plugs and wires and the spark is still weak. The battery seems good and I'm trying to start it while a charger is on it. Dizzy problem? Could I test it without buying a new dizzy? *I'm broke*

hold the pedal at wot to enter clear flood mode then crank it at wot. after a bit of cranking let off the pedal and try to start it. also why are you using 93 oct??? im sure thats one of your issues also. drain it again and put it 87 like it should have
