Default d15 won't start

engine was running good before was removed 2 years ago, now i installed it in a diffrent civic and won't start, compresion now is only 30 accross, what do you guys think could be?

its probally out of time. check timing on it and make sure that none of the valves are stuck open cause sitting that long they very well could be. look at that first

i am thinking that the cylinder walls dry out, what do you think adding some oil to the cylinders?

adding oil to the cylinders wouldnt hurt just no more then a few squirts in each one and have you done the usual testing (spark, fuel, compression) make sure you have all those before anything else
