ive seen those in person. leo has them, and yes they are black.
and yes there are dark silver and black ctr headlights. i believe the dark silver ones were mostly 96-98.

kid, my headlights have a black housing, and say stanley on them.
doesn't mean they are CTR though

smoked housing is the only way they come, also you can tell because I have never seen a "knock off" with a city light spot.

they have black housing hedlights for around $115....
