CTR 5-lug on my 00 civic si ?'s
First off, I have searched 
............will my factory e-brake cables work with this swap? Also if I have a wheel bearing failure or something like that do I use parts for a usdm ITR?? Finally does anyone know if the spoon calipers will clear the usdm ITR wheels?

Yes, use your stock e-brake cables.
Yes, Spoon calipers fit under USDM ITR wheels.
Dunno about the bearings.
