b20 do not need to be resleeved. b20 can be safely bored out to 85mm for NA applications, but thats kind of pushing it. Usually people bore it out to only 84.5mm like I have. What are your plans for the b20??, all motor, or forced induction. I have had my b20 bored out to 84.5mm and revving to 9000 rpm rev limit, making 225 whp, and roughly 15000+ miles. Still very reliable. Hope that helps.
