crunching noise coming from rotor

crunching noise coming from rotor
94 civic dx
i posted about this before and i changed my brake pads and rotors the other day and the noise went away. heres the senario
in the past when i gently applied the brakes there was this crunching sound coming from the rotor on the passanger side. it got worse everyday and then it started happening no matter how hard i stepped on the brake. so i replaced my rotors and brake pads and the noise went away. now its starting to come back again. and day by day its getting worse. its really not that noticeable yet but i want it to do something about it before it gets any worse. DOES anybody have any idea what this could be??
