crower stage 1 for d16y8
does anyone know the gains I'll see with a crower stage one camshaft for my d16y8 with current mods? I have a CAI, headers, catback exhaust. Also does anyone know the timing setting for an ajustable cam gear for these mods?

if crowers d series cams are anything like their B series, then probably the only thing you'll gain is a broken cam.
