You have a leak somewhere dude. If your not burning it and your positive then its leaking no doubt. Could be leaking only when driving and that's why you don't see it. You need to thourougly search that engine bay. Hoses clamps radiator thermo housing bypass hoses heater hoses. Everything!!

Re: Crazy lost of water in radiator..
really? head gaskets are broken?
That might explain why there are oil leaks near the transmission? xD..
I'll get a picture of my engine tomorrow and let you guys see if it's a head gasket leak or something ><

if the headgasket is blown and causing the coolant to be burnt up, then it is not something we will visibly be able to see from the outside. you should do a cylinder leakdown test and see if air escapes into your cooling system. also try looking under the radiator cap and down into the radiator for the presence of a brownish nasty substance which can collect in some instances of a blown headgasket.

Ok, here are some pictures of my engine+radiator cap.. can anyone tell from looking at the picture? would it be the head gasket that causing this?

if its not coming from either the seal around the dizzy or the valve cover gasket than it is a possibility it's from a headgasket that's leaking oil externally. try wiping it all down clean and then letting it run for a few minutes to see if you can spot where the residue is seeping from.
also, not everybody has a 1900x1200 res monitor so you might want to resize those pics to somewhere around the 1024x768 range lol.

I don't really see anything for a few minute, only for a long term run, without having the hood open, then i'll start seeing oil all around the engine area.

go to autozone and rent their pressure tester and if no leaks you can eliminate that

doubt its a headgasket. y8's use a metal one and rarely fail. but this can be confirmed through a pressure test, which will likely display the leak wherever it may be.
otherwise, check every where coolant goes. clean everything up and look for the coolant residue after driving around warmed up

check the heater hoses, iacv lines, t-stat area, etc. thats a significant amount of water so finding out the source should not be all that difficult

well if the manifold is physically broken or cracked then yes you'll probably have to do that. i would want to be sure though that its not simply leaking from a hose clamp thats maybe not quite on right. what do you mean by theres a hole in it? like one that just appeared but was never meant to be there?

My dad is trying to repair it right now, what kind of adhesive can stand up the heat from the coolant/water?
