Icon6 Crazy B20 Problems

Hey guys ive got a 93 hatch with a b20 swap (i dont know who did it). stock motor, dc header, magnaflow cat 2" magnaflow muffler. looking at the engine i noticed all kinds of crazy stuff. ex somehow running 2 map sensors...loose tranny mount...ect....

THE MAIN PROBLEM- the motor makes absolutely no power...The car struggles to hit 60 mph in a minute. under heavy throttle the motor just boggs down, and under any amount of throttle you hear a heavy hissing/ pressure sound....you can tell that the motor is trying to work hard, it just cant. furthermore i replaced dizzy cap & rotor (cuz they were totally messed up)....also got ngk plug wires...didnt fix it

i would try to read the codes...but the plug that you put that little clip in was cut.....wtf

when i touch A15 from the ecu plug to ground the check engine light turns on, but does not flash at all.....sames goes when i connect the 2 wires that belong to the plug that was cut

any help?

check to make sure all ur mounts are tight, check all the grounds, check for compression, try spraying carb cleaner though the throttle body, and with the engine cold start it up and spray carb cleaner around all the vacuum lines and fuel injectors if the idle changes when spraying it on the vacuum lines or fuel injectors that might be the problem

Make sure the MAP sensor connector is plugged into the MAP sensor on the throttle body, not the one on the firewall.

so i tried spraying the injectors with starter fluid and it didnt do anything...I ordered a re-machined dizzy comin in on saturday, so hopefully that will fix the issue.

I took the filter off today to clean it and i noticed that the problem makes a abnormally loud hissing noise comin from either inside the throttle body...intake many...or maybe the head. Whatever it is its really messed my car up, cuz it just makes a loud *** hissing noise and struggles to hit 50 mph in a minute...

please help

sounds like a vacuum leak, or even a fuel leak!

have you checked things like fuel line, fuel rail, fuel filter etc

and have you also tried revving the car up by hand whilst looking around in the engine bay?

What do your plugs look like? Can you take a shot of the engine bay as we might get a better idea of what could be wrong.

air, spark and fuel is what you need..
