Default Cracked Exhaust Manifold

Hey guys earlier today I decided I was going to remove
the heatshield on my exhaust manifold so I unplug the o2
and remove the 4 12mm bolts and come to find out i've got a crack in the ports on my exhaust manifold from where it goes from 4 to 2..
right down the middle I went and purchased some liquid steel (jb weld)
and i'm going to TRY this for time being I'm going to be on the look out
for a set of headers for a d16z6.. However what my question is
do you think JB Weld will hold me over until I get some headers
btw who knows how long they've been like this like i said just pulled shield off today..

While I've never used it on an exhaust manifold, judging by the properties listed on their website versus what I can recall from my materials technology and materials testing classes, it should be fine.

EDIT:
Company's claimed info:
Properties (psi)

Tensile Strength: 3960
Adhesion: 1800
Flex Strength: 7320
Tensile Lap Shear: 1040
Shrinkage: 0.0%
Resistant to: 500° F

Well do note my disclaimer of never using it on an exhaust manifold before.

I'm just recalling my mat testing, mat processing, and mat tech classes and looking at the tensile strength, sheer modulus of elasticity, adhesion, and heat resistance, I'd say it's a go for sure.

i could be wrong but i dont think jb weld will hold more than a day or two. if it does then cool, but i would braze it.

I would second that based on the fact that it's resistant to 500*F with 0.0% shrinkage, according to the specs listed. But the steel from the header will surely change volumetrically when heated. The jb weld may flex a little but will likely work loose.
