cracked exhast manifold

cracked exhast manifold
Ok, so I thought I had a oxygen sensor problem because I was getting a P0135 code for my 00 civic lx. When I pulled the shield off I saw a crack acrossed the top of the exhaust manifold. It goes directly to where the sensor is mounted to. Could this be causing the Code?? And how easy is it replace the manifold??

check with honda dealer, they had to extent emission coverage
on my old car, 97 cx, the manifold cracked at o2 sensor threads, since cat was part of manifold
they paid for it under 8/80 emission warranty
