I had a cracked OEM changed out a years ago and I think the whole job was about $400.00

What kind of exhaust, OEM ?
What year car ?

I'm about to take a bunch of OEM stuff to the scrap yard.
Used to have 4 EG's here with d16z6's

The muffler is #3 and includes a new gasket (#19)
18030-S01-C81 MUFFLER SET, EX. $144.52
The extension pipe is #18
18220-S01-C81 PIPE B, EX. $121.08
The muffler spring bolt is #22
18231-SR3-A22 BOLT B, FLEXIBLE JOINT $7.90
also replace the lock nuts #35
90212-SA5-003 NUT, SELF-LOCK (10MM) $0.36ea (get 3)
you can reuse your old springs (#21)
#25 is a metal o-ring (just reuse the old I did)
I had to use a propane torch to heat up the nuts (#35) to get them off, the spring bolts (#22) broke when removing, but I was replacing the extension pipe and muffler anyway.
