Default Cooling plate?

Anyone use or have used a cooling plate for their civic? I came across one and it looks like it will cover the rad supports and bolt right on. It says the benefits are for rad cooling but my rad support has chipped paint and is rusting... Wondering if this would cover it up nicely.

Are you genuinely looking into cooling ability or are you just looking for aesthetics? If the later a quick Google image search will tell you everything you need to know.

Password JDM makes them I think. I ended up making one myself and sticker bombing it. Google it

A lot of companies make them. If you aren't tracking the car, they're a waste.
