Default Coolant not circulating

The temp gauge stops about half way where it should be for normal operating temp but the upper radiator hose is clearly hot and the lower is cold. Brand new t-stat and water pump. Any ideas? I've tried bleeding it multiple times but still nothing? I assume its a leak somewhere but it doesn't seem to be leaking anywhere.

Blockage? Check the radiator.

I flushed the radiator and it seemed to flow out the bottom pretty steady and my fan never comes on since its not reading normal temp.

Yep. Used a jumper wire on the relay that's on the t-stat housing.

double check that you have the thermostat in correctly, proper flow direction.
