converting 98 front end to 00 front end

do i need to modify anything? or do i just need to change the fenders bumper hood headlights and grill?

Bumpers, grille, headlights, hood, and fenders. When you mount the bumper, you will need to cut notches near the grille so it can fit onto the rad support.
