convert to obd1?
i have a 97 5 door civic 1.5 vtec. it is speed limited to around 115mph, i have been told i can de-restrict it if i convert it to obd1. i just wanted to know if this involves an ecu change or just wiring the 16 pin diagnostic plug into the car. any help will be much apreciated
