Constant squeaking sound

Constant squeaking sound
I drive a 1995 Honda Civic. Today I noticed a constant squeaking noise under my hood. It starts about 15-20 seconds after starting the car and remains until I stop the engine. It sounds like it's coming from the area of the alternator. Any ideas? Hoping it's a belt.

It looks like I had my timing belt replaced last year. The others haven't been replaced since I've owned the car (almost four years). I believe there's two other belts under the car but I could be wrong. The serpentine and the alternator belts? What's a good way to check the tension?
