Fix what you know is wrong first. Not only are you running the risk of ruining your new parts, but there is no guarantee that your new parts are the cause of your "new" problem... Not to mention the fact that a failing Steering System and/or Bearings can lead you into an accident...
Upgrade before Fix = + + $$$$$$$$
Does it make sense to get a Heart Transplant when you break your Ankle? I hope not... Use the same logic with your ride... unless you vote for the Heart Transplant... in which case you should also get a Brain Transplant, and a Wallet Augmentation.
But seriously, fix what you KNOW is wrong first. If the problem still persists, let us know... GL!!

He has a point. The rack and pinion and wheel bearings are very important. Fix those soon. As for the noise. If you didnt have it before the upper control arm install then they are hitting the top of the wheel well. Its a common problem. Your car is probably pretty low.

I think you should fix the job problem first. Once you fix that, then you can fix the rest.
Having a hobbie takes money. And it sounds like you need some money.
edit: And I just replied to your other post. IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU NEED TO GET A BICYCLE!!!
