Default confused...

everyone keeps tellin me to do diffrent things... all i want is for my 93 coupe is to be able to beat ricers that roam the street. i was goin to get a b18a1 but one of my friends said it wasnt worth spending 1000 on so than i was get a z6 n just boost it but someone told me even after i boosted it its not enough to compete on the street so now my cousin wants me to get a b series but im not sure if i want to be like everyone else driving a b series around.... im just seeing what you guys think any suggestions??? if i were to choose now i would get da z6 but if its not worth it what is the use

how much money can you afford to spend?

turbo D16 would be pretty damn fast. you can easily make 180-200hp with 160-180 torque.

a gsr b18c with bolt on's usualy only make 170-180hp and 130 torque.

both sets up's would end up costing the same.

you forget, the D16 can put 180-200 at the wheels, the GSR makes 170-180 at the flywheel.
