well im looking at putting a ported head,cam and im on my D16Z6 so i did a compression test to make sure the engine was healthy.

they went like this:

195/192/195/197.

is that any good ? whatis the compression supposed to be when new ?

Yes those numbers are very good.

They're all in close range and high in numbers.

I think the max they can be is 200 .
