Default Compression Ratio Increase

Is it possible to change up the rods or pistons of a D15B engine to increase the compression ratio? thanks!

Yes. Higher CP pistons, thinner head gasket, flat faced valves, stroker kit will all raise compression. Do some research to figure out what you would like.
