Cold start? Or Symptoms of something else....

Cold start? Or Symptoms of something else....
Okay, LS in a DelSol. Swapped less than a month ago. Got it running and everything is good thus far.
Now what im getting is that when I get in my car early in the morning and start it up, it'll fire up, but then will just drop and die. Of course after a second attempt it'll fire up. It's happened about four times since the turn of the year, and everytime it was fairly cold out. Reason why i bring it up now was because this time, this morning it dropped and died twice, but fired up the third.
No unusual noises. Just start & die, then start & go.
Is this a signal for something that i should be looking for? Or is it really just early morning starts?
