Coilovers Vs. Lowering Springs
What's the difference between Coilovers and Lowering Springs? I want to drop the back of my car like 2 inches and the front 1 inch. What's the cheapest set of springs or coilovers that I can get that will be reliable? I think I'm looking to spend about $200 or so. Any suggestions?

I have the Neuspeed race springs on my 91 hatch & they ride very well. Just make sure that you're not running big wheels or you may rub if the offsets not right.

depends on what you want.most lowering springs have a progressive rate that rides about like stock when cruising around.only problem is they're not adjustable.
coilover sleeve kits usually have much stiffer spring rates, but you can set up your ride height however you want.you can get lower end kits for less than $200.look on Ebay.
