Default coilovers or lowering springs

i'm thinking to lower my del sol because of the wheel gap, i just dont know if i should get coilovers or lowering springs... wat should i do? i was looking into tein basic damper or tein s tech lowering springs. what's betteR?

i'd spend 750 for the damper or 210 for the lowering springs. doesn't really matter, but is there a big difference other than you can adjust the dampers? is there a preference between the two? ride feeling? better overall rating?
