Coilovers.........
I just bought some coilovers...they are not the expensive kind or anything...got them off EBAY for about 160. I was wondering how hard they are to put on...or can it not be done in a driveway???

Re: Coilovers.........
im assuming you just got the coil sleeve. unless you know what your doing its somewhat difficult. putting them on is simple. its getting the strut off. and the backs pretty hard. me and my cousin did it in his garage, took about an hour. but 160 for coil sleeves off ebay seems a little much, considering i got mine off ebay for 50...

Re: Coilovers.........
bouncy. idk how id rate em. i liek em better then lowering springs for the simple fact that there adjustable, and it stops alot better. if you've got money...which i dont then buy GROUND CONTROL or TEIN. IMO i could care less what coilseeves i have

Re: Coilovers.........
yes you can. your ride will be bouncy. people on here will talk **** just because but dont worry... coming from someone whos used them for a few years and hasn't had any problems.. unless your going to slam it to the ground then thats another story

Re: Coilovers.........
ehh your right, forgot they went way up. now for the price you could pay for gc/koni setup you could just buy some real coilovers. complete rip off.
i had a set of ebay coilovers on stock stuts also on my old coupe for over a year and never had a problem with them either. they were a bit bouncy from being stiff but it never really bothered me. i didnt have my car slammed but it was pretty low.
