I bought some coilover sleeves for my civic and I'm runnin them with eibach springs on oem struts but the front struts have a spring perch on them that doesn't sit flat. So the sleeve will only touch half of the perch it sits on because it is flat, unlike the perch. Has anyone ever ran into this n what did u do to fix it?

Pics. Are these Ebay type coilovers? Are these regular lowering springs or are these made to go on sleeves?

Yes they r ebay type. The springs are regular lowering springs but they are not the pro LEM its where the coikovers sit on the perch on the front springs.

Yeah. That won't work. Also you need O-rings to have the sleeves fit straight on the shock.

It came with o rings but I was only concearned with where the bottom of the sleeve sits on the perch

Hence the reason that your sleeves sit crooked. The O-rings need to go up and down the length of the sleeve on the shock to keep the sleeve straight. There is no "fix". On top of that, regular lowering springs are not meant to be used on coilover sleeves. That combo could prove prove to be dangerous.

You're using stock struts, Eibach lowering springs, and sleeves from an ebay kit? Why not just ditch the sleeves and just install the lowering springs on the stock struts?
