Well most people around here will say go with coilovers because you adjust them
Then for coilover choice Ground control and Skunk2 seem to by the top choice
These will help with the install:

http://www.c-speedracing.com/howto/c.../coilover.html
where to buy the classifieds are always good and http://www.groupbuycenter.com

also, alot of people say that coilovers are better because you can adjust them, i've had my gc's for over a year and i've only adjusted them once or twice
