your cat is probably toast. what is your set up? do you still have a cat? and is the o2 sensor still properly seated in it?

Yes the 2nd O2 is in the cat but before the gasses pass through it.. Could this be the reason why im gettin the CEL. Why they made the hole for the O2 there i dont know.. Yes the sensor is in there tight.

I'm not sure I know what you mean....so the o2 sensor is not in the stock location for an EX cat?

Its an aftermarket cat.. we put it on with the header not even a week ago.. So code 67 means that the cat isnt cleaning the exhaust gases the way it should or this is what the computer is thinking because the 2nd O2 is before the gasses go throught the cat.. The hole was already made into the cat when we got it.. Why the hole for the sensor is before the gasses go throught i dont know..The exhaust is more stinky now that the header, cat and mid section is on.. Does this mean anythng?? Or will it eventually go back to normal again the Header and cat has only been on for a week..

where the header meets the cat it has 2 springloaded bolts,, where the cat bolts to the midsection pipe it has 3 bolts,, it can only go on one way.. We arent that goofy... i guess we arnt going to worry about it.. only thing i can think of to do, to get rid of the CEL is to plug the hole and make a new hole on the cat after the gasses pass througth the cat .. Make sense or is it not worth wasting my time?
