CODE 41 HELP!!

Post CODE 41 HELP!!

Ok i got a p28 chipped when i rev to 7000k or some where around that car will throw a CEL. tried to get a code out of it but nothing. so i put in my buddy p72 a01 and it throws CEL on start up. So i got code 41 when i check it using the p72. so i replace the o2 sensor and still throw the Code 41.

Please some 1 help me out, how can i fix this

BTW Code 41 is Primary oxygen sensor heater

Car? Does the heater element of the O2 sensor get voltage? Do either of the two heater element wires have a short or open?
