Engine code CEL 2??

Engine code CEL 2??
I just got done dropping the engine back in the car, and am now getting a CEL code 2? I looked in the Helms manual, and there is no diagnostic for a code "2". So I got on the c-speed site and found a code 2 for a 86-87 civic (I'm assuming that is what used the p28?) and it is the secondary oxygen sensor. The odd thing is that I dont use 2 sensors, I have always just used one. P28 doesn't even support 2 sensors, correct? Could it be talking about the primary? The sensor is only 4 races old. Any Ideas?

Update -
I unplugged the primary o2 sensor, and it threw a code "2" and also a code "41" which is the primary o2. Does anyone know what "Oxygen Sensor B" is?
