Code 15, car randomly died?

Code 15, car randomly died?
Okay. So I drive my car allllll the way from my house to a friends which is about 30 miles. Drove fine the entire time until I turned into his street and it died, CEL kicks on for the first time in about 2 months. Engine sounds like its turning over freely but it feels like its not getting spark or fuel. Jump the diagnostics plug and turn the key over, CEL Sstays solid. Take key out and back in again, now CEL shows code 16? What could cause something like this so suddenly?

You need a multimeter for the voltage test.
AutoZone will test the igniter unit.
