i need this code to go away because i cant smoge with check engine light on. i have a 94 civic ex coupe with a d15 vtec motor. code 14 keep cuming up. i put a new motor code still apears. before i put it in i checked all the hoses and nothing is kinked. i themn grounded the valve and the code went away for about 3 days and then it came back what the heck is up. its pissing me off. alot of help please. it idle fluctuated on 1500rps. i also changed the valve with a good one from my brothers car and same code.
