Integra/Civics are the same 5/8'' I looked into this.
Adjust the rod that connects your pedal to your clutch MC. Turn it away from the firewall.

open up all the connections on the hydro line from the clutch master cylinder to the slave cylinder and bleed it at each one, sounds strange i know but it worked for me when i had no clutch after a swap, i guess a bubble or some sort of blockage stopped it from working but after doing this it worked fine and hasn't had a problem since.
