Default clutch install on 93 ex, now pedal goes to floor

after I installed a new clutch and flywheel on my friends 93 single cam, we went to push in the clutch and it just goes to the floor. I've never done a hydro cluch before so this is new to me, im used to cable. My friend took off the clutch actuator so I didnt get to see how it came off and after we put it back on the clutch pedal just goes to the floor with hardly any effort. So we though we had to bleed it, but when opening the valve and pumping, no fluid came out. I cant really seem to figure it out and any help with be appreciated, this is the only thing from getting the car done.

you need to fill the resivour, put the cap back on
pump the clutch pedal with your hand a few times then let off, then have someone open the valve 8mm bleeder and push the clutch to the floor and hold it then tighten the bolt back up
repeat this untill you have nice pressure, make sure to keep the fluid level up

the reseviour is full though. i dont see why we would even have to bleed it since we didnt have to crack any of the lines loose.

If bleeding doesn't work then it's something to do with the install..

Did you put the throwout bearing back on correctly??

If you didn't watch your friend and your friend didn't know what the **** he was doing.. then your friend is going to be the reason why you haft to pull that tranny off again.

Goodluck

the throw out bearing seems to be in correctly, the arm moves nicely. the problem we are having is the slave cylinder or the clutch acctuator is not moving or allowing any fluid to come out with trying to bleed it.
