Default Clutch help

recently ive had problems with my ckutch. at first if i didnt depress the clutch all the way the car whole not start, now even with it all they way to the floor it hesitates to start. i does not even try like if it has a false contact, ne1 ever encounter this b4??
hit me up i got a 2000 civic si.

yeah my clutch is fairly new and for some reason it will only engage if its almost to the floor. it engages somewhat slow and has occasionally caused me to grind while shifting fast which i hate to do. and also when i start it i have to push it to the floor then let off a little for it to start. I am still trying to figure this out.

check fluid level in clutch master cylinder
