Clutch Fork Broke
Yes I have a B16 with a Clutch Specialties Dual Diaphram Pressure Plate and 6 Puck Cluth. I have been driving it for about 20K Miles. Yesterday I was driving and The clutch pedal went to the Floor. I Dropped the Tranny today to find the Clutch Fork was broken. Has anyone ever run into this problem. has anyone ever Made thier own more Beefy? If so how Thankx in advance

buy a new one, no one offers a beefier version....

have the new one cryo treated. if you have a good place local its a very cheap way of increasing the strength significantly.

yep its happened to my friend with a sohc turbo hatch....they ended up reinforcing it with more metal and its holding up well so far.
Here's the car and a pointless pic...but just had to share the great *** this chick has. lol...
He actually takes it pretty easy on the streets and beats on the car at the tracks. Oddly enough.....it broke on the streets under normal driving.
