Default Cluster issues
ok so i change out the dash in my civic today.. its a 93.. dash from a 95.. nothing on the cluster works.. tach speedo nothing.. worked fine befroe i swapped dashes... i have even tryed both harnesses and still nothing.. the lights and everything work fine tho

Did you change the whole dash? Or just the cluster? Either way, you may have just pinched a wire and it's shorting out somewhere.

i used the clutser i had in.. i pulled the whole harness out and tryed both of them while they were out of the dash and still nothing

you obviously messed something up with the wiring. Either a ground or power line.
how are your fuses?
