Clock readjust itself when car is turned off???
I just bought a 1994 Del Sol DOHC Vtec. When I start the car my clock on the instrument panel is at 1:00. When I start driving the for instance 20 minutes... the clock will read 1:20... but as soon as I shut off the car and restart it the instrument cluster read 1:00 again??? Has this happened to anyone else? And if so how did you fix it?
Don't know if this helps in finding the root of the instrument gauge problem, but I am missing the VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) on the car.

blown fuse somewhere ....the clock is just resetting itsself whenever you turn the car off so it is not recieving the constant power it needs.....could be car wiring or internally in the clock....take it out and test to be sure that there is 12v constat going to the clock even when the car is off ....if there is not then youve found your problem .....if there is then you need a new clock
