Clickity noise when i am in gear?
Alright this started happening about 6 months ago and it is really starting to worry me. Before it was very low but now the noise is always constant and louder. I think it may be my CV joint because it is always clicking. But only while in gear. I can free rev the motor with no noise but as soon as i put it in drive it comes back. It kinda sounds like very loud uneven valve tapping. Thanks for any help. Also it is an automatic D series.

Damn. I didn't even think about the torque convertor. If i find out that's the problem. I'm doing the auto-to-manual swap.
