I have a 92 hatch D15b swap.
Any other day my car shuts off and nothing happens.
but when it rains and I shut it off my battery light starts flickering and flashing as well as the gear light in the cluster and my climate control stays on and i hear a clicking sound both from the shifter(sounds like when you push the button in to shift out of P) and from the area between the cluster and the windshield(maybe even some in the throttle body/intake manifold end of the bay).Also my right turn signal light flashes and stays on(this happens while i'm driving too but sometimes remains on after I park and turn off) and when I hit the switch for left or right turn signal on it makes a jolting sound like its draining.

I'm thinking my alternator connections need to be checked and cleaned but why would it only happen when it rains?

Any input is greatly appreciated.

never heard of this happening.
check your grounds and wires.
maybe when the water hits them, it completes a circuit but then quickly drips down

I just disconnected my battery for tonight since its kinda embarassing to look outside and see that and its still raining.we'll see what tomorrow brings.
