Clear or Yellow fogs?
My clear fog lights took a **** on me, and I need to get some new ones, I was thinking of getting some yellow ones this time, but im not sure, because I hear people dont like them, also whenever I see someone behind me with them it kinda pisses me off, not sure why, so which ones do you perfer? Also for some reason the yellow ones cost quite a bitm ore than clears on Passowrd JDM, why is that?

White light will reflect against fog more than a yellow light is the theory. I run Piaa 1200's (yellow) and love the way they look and work. Just my .02

pssh, get the clear ones with 8k HID bulbs!! lol i saw a buddy of mine do this and looks really good! but if you don't want to, then I would go with clear cause it looks cleaner in my opinion.

Click here for a good read on selective-yellow bulbs for your fogs.
I purchased the clear fogs and installed selective-yellow bulbs. How do I feel about them? Meh. Better than white light, though. Do I think the EG fog lights are pretty weak to begin with? Yep. If I had to do it over again, would I get yellow fogs? Dunno.
Something I do know is that Password:JDM is overpriced. First off, their "new" kits are the same aftermarket brand you can get on eBay for $18. Secondly, their OEM JDM Stanley USED parts for $150-200 do not include any wiring or switches. If you do your homework, you can get a BRAND NEW USDM STANLEY kit on eBay for $170. It comes with all wiring and instructions, and you can't beat the OEM switch (colour is perfect) and quality.

Re: Clear or Yellow fogs?
I have clear raybrigs with yellow lamin-x film. I don't like how they look at night. I will be making a custom 2000k hid set up in the near future. Yellow fogs are the ish, especially if the output is similar to Lexus IS300 fogs.

just make sure its glass lenses...
I got yellows, looks great.
Why dont you just replace your bulbs, they're like 6 dollars at Oreillys or whatever.
I forget the number/type of the bulbs
My fogs were $60. The switch is cheap and black, but it lights up and works fine..

Re: Clear or Yellow fogs?
I've had both. When I got my hatch I actually went with the optional white fogs. And when the bulbs went out 10 years later I went with the yellows. So I just replaced the lenses and I was ready to go. I just love the way the yellows look. Much better at night and with fog too.
