Default Civic Swap

Hey this is prob asked alot and I was reading alot of the posts on here but I was wondering what some of you would say a good swap for my 97 honda civic ex would be? I would like to get more horsepower and have it turboed as my next summer project. Im not going to do it but ill pay for it to be done haha! Im not the best with tools. Ill earn that money So any posts would be great. Thanks and sorry im so newb here

yea b16 would be nice in an ex but if your going to boost and keep as a daily driver and stock motor get an ls
