car doesn't have first gear?
You can always boost it. There has to be a kit for it made by someone.
And welcome to HT. Learn to search. search search seach. Or click on the Jesus link in the upper right corner.

Only chance for 200 HP is a K20 swap. You could do a turbo but you wouldn't get nearly 200hp out of it.

Or you could do an auto-manual conversion for like $300 including the price of the transmission and parts. And what reason, exactly, do you need 200hp for? Do you drag race and know that 200hp is going to get you a certain ET or trap? Or are you just a kid who thinks his Civic is God's gift to underdog, wannabe street racing chumps?

you mean it's not?
anyway, if it's an auto, sell it to some girl headed to college and go buy a much more used car so you have money left to do crap to it.

The main problem is the power loss from the flywheel to the wheels in an auto, not to mention honda auto's aren't built to handle much more power than the stock motor has.
