no way, unless you really build up the internal, but I see lsvtec turbo runs mid to high 11's.

No. Not N/A.

Last month's issue of Honda Tuning featured lots of LS/VTEC B20/VTEC motors.

Even with:

B20 blocked bored .20 over
84.2mm Wiseco/Endyne 13:1 Pistons
Hastings Moly Rings
Nitrided and Micropolished Crank
Shotpeened rods with ARP bolts
GS-R Oil pump
SRD Porter/Polished B16 head w/ 5-angle Valve Job
ITR Valves
Crower 403 Camshafts
Crower Double Springs w/ Titanium Retainers
3" Intake
Type-R Intake Manifold
SRD Header w/ 1.75" Primaries
RC Engineering 70mm Throttle Body
Skunk2 ECU
STR Fuel Rail
SX Fuel Pump and Regulator
Earls Lines and Fittings
RC Engineering 310cc Injectors
ClutchMasters Stage 4 clutch
SRD 11lb Flywheel
Phantom Grip LSD
Spoon Sports 4.75 Final Drive w/ Hardened 1st gear kit

All this mated to M&H 22x8.5x13 slicks up front.

Total: 12.2 @ 109mph.

This is with GUTTING the interior and doing some weight reduction.
