which civic is the lightest?? vx or cx
i got a cx civic eg hatch but im not sure if it is lighter than the vx. Me and my friends were fighting over it does any 1 know for sure

That was the weight of the stock CX in 94 and 95 due to the introduction of the passenger side airbag.
In 92-93 The CX and VX both weighed 2094 lbs.

yea but mines is a 94 so its the sam as the vx?..but what are the differences between the two??

The differences body wise, is the VX has a stock: tach/lip/rear under diffuser, alloy wheels, aluminum compressor bracket /alternator bracket, factory oil cooler, roller-rockers in the head, and has a small patch of sound deadening tar in the spare tire well. I believe the 92-93 CX doesn't have that patch of tar in the well, but i believe the 94-95 CX's have the tar there, correct me if I'm wrong.
The mechanical differences are mainly under the hood. The VX has a VTEC-E motor D15Z1 which is wired for VTEC obviously and 49 states got the VX w/ a wide band 5-wire 02 sensor and ECU. and the CX has a shitty D15B8.
